It’s Saturday February 21st. A beautiful sunny morning on the island. I’m at an outdoor presentation about the Coast Salish Burial Cairns at Tower Point. I’m sneaking a sighting out on the water. On the rocky slope looking out on Parry Bay …. 15,000 years ago canoeists would try to invade the area; today, 4 kayakers enjoy the sights and sounds of Parry Bay and beyond.
